1. CPI Desktop $900

- For desktop copiers and computer stations

- This model has one price line

- Charges for copies, prints and computer minutes

- Provides a printed receipt

- Remote control for cash payments at the register

2. CPI Floor stand $1,650

- About $1 per day with a copier lease.

- For standalone walkup copiers

- Multiple price lines and volume print dcount

- Optional cash payments at the register

- Remote monitoring of sale deposits at TRX website

- Bypass key for staff

3. CPI system + Copier $ 115 / month (lease)

- Price of a cup of coffee a day

- Includes a CPI and a Ricoh C401F copier

- 60 months, $1 buy out lease

- Can add a Computer Station for $35/month,

about $1 a day.

4. Computer Station $1,350

- Or $1 a day (with the CPI + copier lease above)

- Charges for minutes on the computer and pages printed

- Access to email printing and scanning

- Custom rates such as $3 for 5 min then 30¢ / extra min

- Includes CPI terminal, USB access hub, B/W printer*

* B/W printer can be upgraded to Color

5. Extra Peripherals

Fax Processor $ 245

Copiers have a built in fax why not use it? The CPI fax processor allows billing for transmitted faxes by listening to the outgoing fax and charging each transmitted page/minute.

Network Relay Cable $ 150

Prevents network or mobile printing unless the copier is activated by a credit card, staff or remote control.

Once the copier is activated, network and mobile prints can be sent and charged.

Coin Box Interface $ 350

The CPI system can communicate with a Jamex coinbox allowing for both credit card and cash payments. Charges for B/W, Color and faxing. A special enclosure can be used to mount the CPI on the coinbox.

Remote Control (included)

For non credit card users, the staff can activate the copier by Remote Control. When the customer is done they take the receipt to the register for payment.
